Thank you for your participation in this program and for helping us to make our products more widely known. If you have a website that justifies for more marketing activity than what is listed below please drop us a line. (Partnership / Advertisment / Local Store for example)

Terms

1. Commission
We offer you a commission on the net amount of shirts purchased by people you refer to us. At the moment you get 20% of the net purchase on an order that has been completed. Completed orders are herein declared as orders that have not be shipped back to us within 2 weeks after delivery.

2. Customers
The customers you brought to us are your customers as well. Every time your customers buy again you get commission. This tracked by the customers account. Unfortunately if the customers choose to create a new account you are not entitled to commission as we can not track it.

3. Application acceptance
Your application needs to be accepted by us. Only approved affiliates can start to promote our products. You can follow your earnings at our affiliate centre once you have been accepted as an affiliate.

4. Payment
In order to participate you have to fill in the form below and you need a valid Paypal address. We only pay to Paypal accounts at the moment.
Payment is made by the end of every month for the last moth.

5. Duration
This agreement is valid for a year after your application acceptance, to be reviewed and renewed at the end of that period. If no customer was referred to us after a period of one year we may delete your account to simplify our list.

6. Legal
You are not allowed to use mass mail or spam or any other prohibited measures to promote Dominik Jais’ Shirts of Berlin or its products. Non-compliance leads to immediate cancellation of your affiliate contract as well as legal penalties.

You herein declare that you indemnify and hold harmless Dominik Jais from all third party claims arising out of your affiliation.
