Terms and Conditions

1 General
Shirtsofberlin is a printing service by Dominik Jais offering customized items with motifs designed by him. These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.shirtsofberlin.de and are designed to make your e-shopping experience as easy and secure as possible. By ordering my service to print, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering my services in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website.

2 Contract
When placing an order, you warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance. If www.shirtsofberlin.de has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, www.shirtsofberlin.de will not process your order until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched. Customers will be notified about that circumstance. In this case the customer could cancel the order. If the items where already paid the amount will be credited back. Falsities of misspelling, miscalculation, print- and calculation errors are not binding for me.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and www.shirtsofberlin.de until www.shirtsofberlin.de accepts your order by changing the order status from “pending” to “processing”. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from www.shirtsofberlin.de detailing the reasons why.

3 Prices, Payment
All prices are in Euro including tax. Shirtsofberlin has the right to change the prices from time to time.  I’m not liable for print errors.

All items have to be paid before sent out.

Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal, the world recognised leader for secure online transactions. All online payments are encrypted by Paypal. 

4 Delivery
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Every order will be processed within 48h hours of working days after payment received. Within Germany delivery takes 3-5 days. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your order contains more than one item I’ll only sent out when the entire order is ready for shipping. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

5 Revocation Rights
The service and items are produced according the customers order and are therefore customized product. There are no revocation rights if there is no error on my site. If something totally wrong, not the combination you ordered, was sent out notify me within 48h after receipt and sent the items back on my costs to:

The costs will be credited back to you only in the height I have charged you before. Higher costs will not be paid. The items must be in resalable condition. Already worn or washed items will not be taken back.

6 Privacy
To process your order it is necessary to save some data. The customer herein agrees with this. Shirtsofberlin will not pass on your personal details to any third party. Shirtsofberlin will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your shirtsofberlin.de log in details, please contact us using the contact form subject “unsolicited email”.

6.1 Cookies
Shirtsofberlin.de uses cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data, which includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from this web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

7 Jurisdication
Only German law applies to contractual relationships. If the purchaser is a merchant or lives outside of Germany place of jurisdiction is Essen (Germany).

8 Severability clause
If parts or a part of this Terms of Use is effect less the rest of it stays intact.
