how to not treat potential customers

Recently Mark Wells from Continental Clothing Germany contacted me. He used the contact form and wrote that he like me design and asked if there are any Cologne shirts. He also stated that he can't find what brand of t-shirts I'm using and I should contact him if not Continental.

Since I was thinking about switching to Organic T-Shirts this was a good opportunity for me to get in contact with a manufacturer. I wrote back that Shirts of Berlin is a small label run in my spare time. Since that I never heard anything back from Mark.

I wrote a second time if it might be possible to get some sample shirts, basically a t-shirt, a girly shirt and a hoody. Mark again never wrote back. Just silence.

From my point of view Continental Clothing isn't interested in small customers or in customers at all. If I couldn't buy from them directly because they might only supply customers which at least buy 100 shirts at once I still could get them from a distributor. It's very embarrassing how Contintental Clothing treats potential customers. First I got insulted by their sales manager asking for Cologne shirts at a Berlin Shop and than emails weren’t answered. He still could have written that he (or Continental) isn't interested in small customers and explained their policies.

I will now check other Organic brands.

I received an email from Continental Clothing some days ago and if I want to get samples I have to pay for them. I was just interested in one girly shirt, one man shirt and one hoody. I now stay with FOTL T-Shirts until other organic shirt suppliers are on the market
